Diane Pither-Patterson, CEO
Diane has over twenty years experience in retail, finance, and office management. She is also an experienced Project Manager and technical writer. Diane oversees the Financial, Administrative and Graphics teams. David Pither-Patterson, President & CTO
As President and CTO, Dave is the driving force behind Viforce. Dave has more than twenty-five years experience in all aspects of the IT industry, from hardware and networks to application architecture and development. He has also spent fifteen years in IT management. Dave manages the Development team. Clayton Patterson, COO and QA Manager
Clay has over sixteen years experience in graphic design, quality assurance and management, in both the public and private sectors. He has earned a CTSP (Certified Software Test Professional) credential from the International Institute for Software Testing (IIST). Clay oversees the QA and Testing team. Erica Pence, Director of Sales & Marketing
Erica holds a BA in Education from Florida Atlantic University and is working toward her MA in Information Science. She has experience in Sales and Marketing, and she runs her own company, The Bonnie Bath Co. Erica is a Column Editor for an online magazine and writes a blog on Bath Alchemy. She manages Sales and Marketing for Viforce. Erica currently also serves as our Graphic Designer on a part-time basis.
